This musical extravaganza, set to take place on July 2nd, 2026, at America Place at River Ridge, promises to be the biggest year yet with an evening of community, family fun, and musical excellence.
Old Crow Medicine Show blends Americana, folk, bluegrass, and old-time country into a high-energy roots sound driven by fiddle, banjo, and rich storytelling. Fans love the band’s rowdy live shows, authentic musicianship, and mix of traditional and modern folk influences. Their best-known songs include “Wagon Wheel,” “Tell It to Me,” “Down Home Girl,” and “Tennessee Pusher.”
Killer Queen delivers a dynamic tribute to Queen, recreating the band’s iconic rock sound with precision and flair. Blending theatrical showmanship, powerful vocals, and faithful renditions of classic hits, their performances capture the spirit of Freddie Mercury.
The sixteenth Germantown Schnitzelburg Blues Festival sponsored by Kentuckiana Blues Society and Check’s Cafe will take place at the corner of Hickory Street and Burnett Ave. The free festival with both indoor and outdoor acts will have four bands on Friday, June 5 and six bands on Saturday, June 6.
