The Flaming Lips are an American psychedelic rock band formed in 1983 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and has recorded several albums and EPs on an indie label, Restless, in the 1980s and early 1990s. In February 2007, they were nominated for a BRIT Award for “Best International Act”. The group has won three Grammy Awards, including two for Best Rock Instrumental Performance. They were placed on Q magazine‘s list of the “50 Bands to See Before You Die” in 2002.

Charley Crockett is an American blues, country and Americana musician who is also a singer, guitarist and songwriter. He played Waterfront Wednesday in 2023 and Railbird Festival in Lexington in 2023 as well. You can bet it will be a great show.

After over 20 years, Primus bass player, Les Claypool, has regrouped his Fearless Flying Frog for the Summer of Green Tour. Long considered to be one of the animated bassist’s most beloved bands, this incarnation of the ever-morphing act boasts longtime Frog Brigade members Skerik (saxophone) and Mike Dillon (percussion, vibraphone), as well as Sean Lennon (guitar), Harry Waters (keyboards) and Paulo Baldi (drums).
