The wait is over. Railbird Festival, one of Kentucky’s premier music festivals, returns to the Red Mile in Lexington on Saturday, June 6, and Sunday, June 7, bringing together an impressive mix of Americana, folk, bluegrass, country, rock, bourbon, food, and unforgettable live performances.

Cody Jinks – 2025 Railbird Festival

What makes Railbird special isn’t just the lineup—it’s the experience. The festival’s spacious layout allows fans to comfortably move between three distinct stages, each offering its own vibe. The massive Limestone Stage hosts the festival’s biggest headliners, while the Elkhorn Stage delivers a strong supporting lineup in a central setting. Tucked away under a tent, the Burl Stage offers a more intimate atmosphere where many fans discover their next favorite artist.

And that’s one of the best things about Railbird. While many attendees arrive for the headliners, they often leave talking about a band they had never heard before. Whether you’re a lifelong fan of Americana and roots music or simply looking to explore something new, Railbird consistently delivers those magical musical discoveries.

Here are some of the artists we’re most excited to catch this weekend.
