The streets of St. Matthews will come alive at this highly anticipated street fest – St. Matthews Summer Fest 2024 on June 22, 2024, from 12pm to 10pm. The event will take place along Frankfort Ave between Lexington Rd and Bauer Ave, as well as in Gerstle’s parking lot.
This year’s St. Matthews Summer Fest promises to be a big day of fun featuring an array of attractions for the whole family to enjoy. With free admission and open to the public, attendees can expect a day filled with family fun, delicious food, captivating live music, and the opportunity to support local artisans and businesses.
Headlining the event will be Same as it Ever Was, a dynamic band hailing from Knoxville, TN, set to deliver an unforgettable performance. In addition to the stellar music lineup, the festival will feature over 100 vendors and exhibitors, offering everything from handcrafted treasures to delectable treats.
For families, the KidZone will provide endless entertainment with activities and games for children of all ages. Food trucks will be on hand to satisfy cravings, and attendees can quench their thirst with a variety of refreshing drinks while exploring the vibrant marketplace.

The music lineup promises to keep toes tapping and hips swaying throughout the day, featuring performances by local favorites Gentlemen from Mars, V-Groove, Friday Night Special, and Soul Circus leading up to the headlining act, Same as it Ever Was.
