Actors Theatre of Louisville will host its 2026–2027 Season Launch Party on Sunday, June 7 in the Pamela Brown Auditorium. The event is a celebratory fundraiser that weaves live performances from the upcoming season with a live broadcast of the Tony Awards®.
As the national telecast rolls, performers take the stage during every commercial break, turning the evening into a single, nonstop night of theatre and celebration. Tickets are available now at actorstheatre.org.
The event will also mark the debut of the Story Keeper Awards, a new set of honors recognizing individuals who have sustained and supported Actors Theatre over the last year.
The awards will highlight three areas of impact:
- The Living Legacy Award — significant contribution to the living legacy of Actors Theatre
- The Radical Hospitality Award — in recognition of volunteer hours and service
- The Ambassador of the Arts Award — in recognition of audience engagement, attendance, and support
At its heart, the evening is a chance for Actors Theatre and its community to celebrate the season ahead, the people who make it possible, and the shared love of theatre that brings them into the same room.
“Actors Theatre has always been a gathering place for this community,” said Managing Director, Emily Tarquin. “This night is a chance to celebrate locally and nationally at the same time — our artists performing live, right alongside the biggest night in American theatre.”
