The countdown to Louder Than Life 2026 is officially on, and fans can now start planning their festival weekend.

Daily set times have been announced for the four-day rock, metal and punk festival, returning to the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville September 17–20.

This year’s festival features its largest lineup yet, with more than 200 bands performing across seven stages. Headliners include Iron Maiden, My Chemical Romance, Limp Bizkit and TOOL, along with Pantera, Gojira, Pierce The Veil, Papa Roach, A Day To Remember, Sublime, Megadeth, Danny Elfman and many more.

Festival gates open at 10:45 a.m. each day, with music continuing well into the evening.

Thursday, September 17

Thursday launches the weekend with a heavy-hitting lineup led by Iron Maiden at 8:45 p.m. on the Louder Stage. Other major performances include Pantera at 7:30 p.m., Megadeth at 6:35 p.m., Danzig at 5:40 p.m. and Alice Cooper at 4:45 p.m.

Elsewhere throughout the grounds, fans can catch Rise Against at 10:05 p.m., Skillet at 9:10 p.m., Jimmy Eat World at 8:15 p.m. and a full slate of metal, punk and alternative acts.

Friday, September 18

My Chemical Romance takes over the Louder Stage Friday night at 9:25 p.m., following Pierce The Veil at 8:15 p.m. and A Day To Remember at 7:10 p.m.

Friday’s lineup also includes Taking Back Sunday, Sleeping With Sirens, Coheed And Cambria, The Pretty Reckless, The Warning, Soulfly, Mushroomhead and dozens more.

Saturday, September 19

Saturday brings one of the weekend’s most diverse lineups, capped by Limp Bizkit at 9:45 p.m. Other Louder and Life Stage highlights include Papa Roach at 8:25 p.m., Sublime at 7:30 p.m., Babymetal at 6:35 p.m., Ice Nine Kills at 4:55 p.m. and Tom Morello at 4:05 p.m.

Saturday will also feature a standout all-female-fronted stage lineup with Halestorm, In This Moment, Lindsey Stirling, Orianthi, Icon For Hire, Kami Kehoe and Diamante scheduled throughout the day.

Sunday, September 20

Louder Than Life closes Sunday night with TOOL at 9:25 p.m., preceded by Gojira at 8:15 p.m. and Danny Elfman at 7:10 p.m.

Sunday’s lineup also features Mastodon, The Mars Volta, Black Label Society, Ministry, Dethklok, The Prodigy, Killswitch Engage, Underoath, Black Veil Brides and more.

Among the special performances scheduled throughout the weekend are Pantera’s only U.S. show of 2026, one of Megadeth’s final farewell performances, Danny Elfman’s first show in the eastern half of the U.S. in nearly a decade and reunion performances from several artists.
