UPDATE: Due to inclement weather, Fund for the Arts will now host Celebration of the Arts (originally September 28, 2024) on April 19, 2025.
Originally part of the Paristown Fall Art Fest, Celebration of the Arts will now be a part of Paristown’s Spring into Derby Art Fest, in Christy’s Garden from 10 am – 4 pm on April 19. Paristown will then welcome Juicebox Heroes, who perform that night at 7 pm.
Local artists and arts organizations will present music, dancing, and theatrical arts onstage, with craft and engagement activities offstage. Celebration of the Arts is presented by Churchill Downs, with additional support from Passport by Molina Healthcare and Brown-Forman.
Fund for the Arts will still host the Republic Bank Performance Village at the St. James Court Art show on Oct 4 – 6 inside Central Park. This local performance village brings just a sampling of Louisville’s vibrant performing arts community to a nationally recognized visual arts and craft fair, regularly attended by thousands of locals and tourists alike. Presented by Republic Bank with support from Passport by Molina Healthcare.
